Acilio helps commercial teams at FMCG companies make better decisions, faster. By harmonising data and automating workflows, we free up time for what matters most: working with customers.

We started Acilio to give FMCG commercial teams the tools they deserve.

Time and again, we kept hearing the same things in the industry.

Data scattered across systems, plans loosely held together in spreadsheets, and more time spent chasing data than talking to the retailer.

One key account manager worked across ten Excel files to put a single campaign plan together. Another spent a quarter of their time gathering the data they needed for negotiations.

On the other side of the table sit retailers, owning data FMCGs never see, and years ahead in AI adoption. We noticed a shift: retailers arrived with their own analysis and a clearer view of what they wanted.

For FMCG teams, making better use of the data they already have is becoming essential to keep up.

Those conversations shape what we are building: a platform for FMCG in the AI era.

How we build

Understand your work

We believe a shared understanding creates the best outcomes. Our team embeds with your organisation to understand both your data and your workflows.

Empower the user

Your team stays in control. AI tests assumptions, drafts actions and highlights opportunities. Your judgement decides what moves forward and when AI should act.

Learn from results

We believe every promotion should inform the next. Together we evaluate what worked and what did not, so your next plan builds on what you have learned.
